WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All of our stamps are made in accordance with each customer's specific requests. Therefore, we do not permit returns, nor do we issue refunds. We will remake a stamp if you are not happy with the end result, but since the original stamp was made following your instructions, we will need to charge you for the remake (unless the remake is required due to an error made on our end). The amount charged will depend upon whether the stamp is self-inking or wood-mount. If, upon receipt of your order, we suspect that the order may not turn out well using the instructions you have given us, we will contact you prior to making your stamp, to minimize the possibility of needing to remake the stamp. For example, if you order an Ideal 50 but one or more of the lines of text is too long and would require a very tiny font size, we will contact you prior to making the stamp to discuss this possible problem with you, and we will offer you a few different options.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
While we make every effort to process all orders in a timely fashion, unforeseen occurrences (illness, family emergencies, etc.) may cause unavoidable delays, as we are a small company and do not have extra staff members. Additionally, a stamp may occasionally need to be remade, which will result in a longer delivery time. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We can only assure you that we process each order as quickly as possible.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHAT CAN BE MADE INTO A STAMP?
Generally, no, but there are a few exceptions. We cannot make stamps from licensed designs, such as Disney, Winnie The Pooh, NASCAR, etc. The only exception would be if you can provide proof that you are licensed to distribute such materials. The proof required must be in writing, on the letterhead of the licensed party (Disney, etc.) or their legal representatives, including a name and telephone number of a person whom we may contact to verify the license. We also will not make into a stamp any material which is blatantly obscene, vulgar, racist, or offensive. We also may refuse to make any stamp which we, in our sole discretion, deem to be inappropriate or offensive. Under no circumstances will we create a stamp which incorporates the "f" word. Other than these exceptions, we welcome the opportunity to turn your original designs into stamps.

WHAT IS YOUR ANGEL POLICY?
Any art stamp purchased from Rubber Stamping Across America may be used for any purpose, whether personal or commercial, provided each image is hand-stamped and not mechanically reproduced. However, no stamp purchased from Rubber Stamping Across America may be used, in whole or in part, to create another stamp, nor may it be incorporated into the design of another stamp.
