We're very excited to announce the addition of two new products to our 2000 Plus Printer line of self-inking stamps -- The Printer 30 Double Pad Stamper and the Printer 40 Double Pad Stamper. These two new additions offer the same convenience and benefits as the Printer 30 and the Printer 40, with one added bonus -- each of the new units comes complete with a replacement stamp pad stored within the unit! This secondary stamp pad is stored above the first stamp pad, where it is out of the way and not exposed to the elements, until you need it. When it's time to change the stamp pad (which won't be for quite a while, since they're made to last and can be re-inked numerous times before they actually need to be replaced) instead of ordering a new stamp pad, all you'll need to do is pop out the old stamp pad, remove the secondary pad from its storage area, pop it into the space vacated by the worn out pad, and you're ready to stamp again in seconds! This is definitely more convenient than ordering a new stamp pad and waiting for it to arrive. There's practically no lapse in stamping time!
Currently, the new Printer 30 Double Pad Stamper and the Printer 40 Double Pad Stamper are available in black ink only, but we are checking into the possibility of ordering stamp pads in different colors to accommodate the needs and wants of our customers. Everything else about these stamping units is the same as the "regular" Printer 30 and Printer 40. The new units are the same size, can hold the same number of lines, and have the same justification and font style options available.
You'll find our two new additions located in the 2000 Plus Printer section of our self-inking stamps menu. Try one today -- you'll love the added convenience of having a second stamp pad at the ready!

The results of our two customer polls have finally been tabulated, and the results are as follows:
(1) We won't be including music on our website, since the majority of those expressing an opinion would prefer that we keep the site as is. Personally, I tend to agree. Myself, I rarely have my speakers on, anyway!
(2) We will not offer an art stamp subscription program at this time, as the majority of customers who replied to the poll (86% in fact) said that they don't mind paying full price for art stamps. Thanks for letting us know that you think our stamp prices are reasonable enough that paying full price isn't a problem.
Thanks to all of you who took the time to let us know what you think. Your input helps us create a better website. We'll be offering additional polls in the future so please check back often.

Well, we're finally settled into our new location, although we're still jumping over boxes in a few spots! Other than that, we're ready to get back to work. Here is our new address:
Rubber Stamping Across America
P.O. Box 25
Victor, New York 14564
Telephone: 585-298-3748
Fax: 866-605-8205
email: info@rubberstampit.com
You will note that we are now using a Post Office Box for our street address. After we relocated, we realized that our new mailbox was not large enough to accommodate the mail our company receives. We have, therefore, decided to utilize a Post Office Box. Please be assured that our mail is collected every day, so any orders or correspondence sent to our Post Office Box will be received and processed on a daily basis. If anyone is truly uncomfortable about sending an order or correspondence to a Post Office Box, please contact us by email and we will give you the exact street address.
We have a few exciting new products that we'll be offering in a week or two, so make sure you check this page often for updates!

We'll be experiencing some down time during the next few weeks. We're moving, and we will be closing the office while we finish packing and physically moving to our new location. Our office will close on Saturday, February 18th. We are moving into a different area code, and we will not be able to retain our current telephone number, so our phones will also be down until our new number is "up and running". Since our toll-free number is associated with our current telephone number, it will also be unavailable during this time. Only one of our fax numbers is connected to our existing telephone number, so if you would like to fax us before our new phone number is in place and operational, please use this fax number: 866-605-8205. All faxes sent to this number will be stored on our server until we are able to retrieve them. Likewise, any emails or orders sent to us while we are offline will be safely stored on our server until we are "live" once again. Unfortunately, this move will cause delays in the processing of orders, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We hope to be able to begin processing orders by March 10th, but given the nature of moving in general, we cannot guarantee this date. Please be assured that we will make every effort to "catch up" as quickly as possible, and we apologize again in advance for the upcoming delays.
Thank you in advance for your understanding of our down time during our move.
